how do i point a domain to a cms in a subfolder

Hi

im new to cpanel and got this little question.

I install typo3 with fantastico in a subfolder /typo3

now i can access typo3 via www.mydomain.com/typo3

how can i access typo3 via www.mydomain.com without "/typo3" ???
do i need to park the domain ??

You only need to change DocumentRoot from /home/username/public_html to /home/username/public_html/typo3 in /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf.
