Default How do I transfer a cpanel zipped backup website to a new web host? Novice here!

I have an ecommerce website on a host that is going out of business. I put so much work to get it right. All of the design was done via an admin panel on the actual server so it didnt save on my computer. The site has SSL and a dedicated IP that I purchased on the old host.
I did a full back up of the site with cpanel and saved it and it shows the extension of tar.gz. I now have a new host (bluehost) and I selected them as they have cpanel as well. I was wondering how to get my site to the new host? I am also concerned about the SSL..is that saved in the full backup or do I need to buy another SSL? What about the dedicated IP? I asked the new host for help but they did not seem eager to help me transfer. Can someone help me as I am a novice at this. Thank you so much!

If you have root access on new server, you can restore from whm or using /scripts/restorepkg username

If you not have any root access, just send your cpanel backup file to your new provider and ask them to restore.

    Best Regards

To restore data from the full backup simply provide it to your new web hosting service provider and they can restore your account data in full.

It is possible for the SSL certificate and matching RSA private key to be stored in the backup; your new host can restore available data from the backup.
