Default How to host a website on a VP...I am new.

I have a VPS with cPanel and WHM, I want to use it to host a website. I don't know how to do this at all, and just want an overview of what needs to be done. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I know, RTFM. I think what I mean is an overview of the hierarchy of servers to websites. The nameserver, Ip addresses, etc... relationship to the server. I think I am just confusing myself and making it harder, I am reading the documentation though, thanks.

Step 1: Create the hosting account by going to WHM -> Account Functions -> Create a New Account and completing the form and clicking the button at the bottom to create the account.

Step 2: If you are unfamiliar with cPanel/WHM, perhaps you may want to login to that account by going to IP:2086 and going through the "Getting Started Wizard" to familiarize yourself with cPanel/WHM.

Nameservers should have been set up in the initial setup of your cPanel/WHM environment. Everything else is handled automatically when you create an account.
