how to install clamav on Shared Cpanel account

One of my client have Shared cpanel acount from hostmonster.com, website is infected with malware, support staff of hostmonster.com suggest scan with clamav, but i dont kinow how to install and scan with calmav,

if anybody have idea let me know

It may already be in the account in the cPanel user area. If not you'll have to ask them to add it

Clamav not under cPanel, you would need to install it manually

my question is how to install it in shared account, i have ssh access enable
