Default ?How to let members login?

I started this site (http://www.firewatch911.com)for my firedept, and created everyone on the dept. an email account.
can someone please tell me how to allow everyone to sign into their email, and not into cpanel...all I want is a login, or a link from my homepage for them to login with.
    Please help.

Default about that email account login

Is there a way to just let them log into their webmail account via their own password?
I too have set up a sight that has members, and created them all an email account.
If I use www.mysite.com/webmail I have to then give them this weird username that cpanel has set up and the password to the cpanel. Not that I think they would go into the control panel and mess around, but how is "htheso12" for a log in name? Anyway around this? Or if not , any way to get a "proper" user name for cpanel?

You do not give them the cpanel username or password. They login with their e-mail account user@domain.com and their e-mail password to get into webmail.
