how to migrate contacts

I have moved a regular domain and made it a parked domain.

I was able to migrate the email manually by creating the email address on the ne parked domain and then copying the mail folder.

How can I also migrate the contact list?

I still have a full backup of the original account.

After reading this I think maybe asking how to restore the address book would be a much clearer question.

Also, is it possible to restore the previous domain backup into a temporary domain and copy the address book that way?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
