    Default how much is each ..... line when copying homedir?

    hello i have an odd question but will help if can be answered

    Copying homedir.............
    ...............
    ...............
    ...............

    how much info is each ..... line? 1 meg? it helps me to eyeball the progress of accounts as they are moved over thanks so much

    Not sure that's how that works. The idea is to let you know visually that its still going I think.

    It does take longer on larger accounts, but it's probably best if one of the cPanel developers could tell us exactly how much one dot is worth

    Copying cpuser file.......Done
    Copying crontab file.......Done

    This one 350 MB.

    I think it's just waiting depending on server load at the time of BU. These two are indentical during BU except for:

    The dots do not represent file size, and are merely a perl script to print a dot each second. Depending on file size and I/O speeds, they can be more or less.
