how to run plugin

I have developed a custom plugin to CPANEL written in PHP.
But when try to run through SSH Secure Shell. It give me Error

root@shalaka [~]# /usr/local/cpanel/bin/register_cpanelplugin trafficadivsor.cpanelplugin

Usage /usr/local/cpanel/bin/register_cpanelplugin <cpanelplugin config file>
[trafficadivsor.cpanelplugin does not exist. You should provide the absolute path to the file]

I don't understand how to run that plugin.
What is wrong in the path

Please help me to run that script

Put the full path to the script like

/home/username/myscript
