how to set php configuration with mysql for Vbulletin

hello friends! i m trying to install vbulletin and i m getting this error :-

vBulletin 3.7.1 requires that the MySQL functions in PHP be available. Please ask your host to enable this.

so plz help me! guyz! i had seen in service configuration for php editor but i donno what to change to do it working

plz friends help me! i want to install vbulletin forum but giving error! so plz help me as fast as possible!
