How to Transfer accounts from one server to another server without root?

I am a Hosting Reseller of a Company. Now i need to transfer all my clients cpanel to a new server. How can i do it without cpanel root access.?????/

You could use this option, a bit slower but should work:
Copy an Account from Another Server with Account Password - cPanel Documentation
You could setup an FTP account on the new server, give it plenty of disk space and send backups from each of the cPanel accounts on the old server to be dumped on the new server, into this FTP account. Slower still but should work ok.

Do you have access to the "Transfers" option in Web Host Manager on the destination server? If so, you can utilize the following option:

"WHM >> Transfers >> Copy an account from another server with account password"

Otherwise, you can access the "Backup Wizard" option within the cPanel of each account on the source server. Select "Full Backup", and "Remote FTP Server" in order to ensure the backup is saved to the destination machine.
