When you are serious:

If you have a hostingaccount with your webhoster?! Contact him or her thats the person that can increase your bandwith.

If you are the owner of a webserver?! http://www.cpanel.net/docs/whm/ and read the manual before you do anything with a server that is installed with cPanel/WHM.

don't assume everyone knows basic stuff,but i'm sure people can search a bit before ask questions too

I think I may assume that people read manuals before they use new software hardware or scripts when they didn't do that they are dumb or just very lazy.

Before you drive a car you also have taken lessons did examen and read the manual before you go.

I've meet many drivers that appear to have never taken lessons nor read any driving materials
