How to upload Dreamweaver site using CPANEL

I've got Cpanel 11 and the add on domain already set up
do you just upload the files using file manager?

You can, you can also upload your site using a good FTP client or even Dreamweaver itself. Your files go in the public_html directory to be accessed from the Web.

Your host can assist you with this, you should start there. They can give you the login details and so on.

There are multiple ways to upload your webfiles. You can do it through file manager or through any suitable FTP client as infopro suggested. Make sure that you upload all your files for the main site to the 'public_html' folder and those for the add-on domain to the corresponding sub-folder. Assuming that the DNS is set properly, you should be all good!
