Default How wide can be a request to a CPanel support staff?

    Hello.

Could you please clarify for me, if I am a regular user of a dedicated server and purchase CPanel from my server reseller, can I ask CPanel support staff to solve my CPanel problems? Is that free?

If yes, what exactly requests are handled by CPanel support staff for free? Is there any policy on that?

    Thank you.

You would need root access to the server to submit a support ticket. Those who are regular (end) users or resellers should contact their hosting provider for assistance.

If you mean that you are leasing a Root WHM or WHM VPS Optimized license from your data center, then the cPanel support staff will answer tickets for you.
