Hulkd errors

Hi!

I am new to cPanel. Please could anybody help me to solve possible problem?

cPHulk Brute Force Protection seems not working on newly installed cPanel.
cphulkd.log is empty and cphulkd_errors.log file is full of lines:

Auth failed for service: dovecot at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Hulkd/Processor.pm line 91.
...
Auth failed for service: pam at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Hulkd/Processor.pm line 91.
...
Auth failed for service: whostmgrd at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Hulkd/Processor.pm line 91.
...
Auth failed for service: cpaneld at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Hulkd/Processor.pm line 91.
...

messages.log has many lines like:

localhost PAM-hulk[10397]: error logging into hulkd: 500 AUTH FAILED
localhost PAM-hulk[10923]: error logging into hulkd: 500 AUTH FAILED
localhost PAM-hulk[10966]: error logging into hulkd: 500 AUTH FAILED

There is an internal case about this issue (50877) that should have been released to 11.30.1.0 or higher. Which cPanel/WHM version are you using on the machine?

I do have the same errors:
Auth failed for service: cpaneld at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Hulkd/Processor.pm line 91.
and
localhost PAM-hulk[10397]: error logging into hulkd: 500 AUTH FAILED

cPanel version 11.30.5.3 (updated earlier today, to the same version)

Forcing an update (/usr/local/cpanel/bin/hulkdsetup --force) gives me a list of remarks on "duplicate key name" and "duplicate column name". I checked MySQL but found nothing abnormal. e.g. Yes I have a duplicate column name 'ISPREFIX' but in 2 different tables ('blacklist' and 'whitelist')
