    Default i can not access cpanel

    hello sir,
    I have a small problem. I can not access my web panel. I use ftp software but display error no like 120003. how can i access my web panel.
    Is there any online panel for accessing my site.
    pls. reply.

    Try going to http://YOURDOMAIN/cpanel via your Web browser, and logging in with your user name and password.

    i tried this one but can not open the cpanel.

    maybe try your IP then, yo might have a problem with domain propagation

    Are you an end-user or the server owner? If you're a user you need to speak to your web hosting provider about this.

    If you're the server admin, you should login via SSH and establish whether cPanel is bound to it's usual ports (2082/2083), etc.
