I can send but not recieve mails from Cpanel

Hello

I was add a mail in the cpanel and i can send but not recieve mails

I use firewall and i have open the 2095 and 2096 ports ....



Maybe the problem is that i try to create a web disk from cpanel and now i can't view my site also it asks for user and pass and i have already remove the account for web disk....

And the server sends and recieve mails as i have another account in he same server and i test it..

What does the file /var/log/exim_mainlog say ?

Check mail server logs as suggested by david510.

Check the permission/ownership of your public_html directory and also mail directory.

Are senders receiving any sort of error messages while sending emails to your email account?
