Default I cannot completely upload using cPanel!

Yes... recently, I have been unable to successfully upload anything to my server using the cPanel File Manager. If I upload an image, the link leads to a message "whatever.jpg cannot be viewed, because it contains errors."

HTML pages and others do not entirely upload, so they do not display correctly (or at all). Is there any way to fix this?

    Thanks in advance.
