Default I can't get to my index files

Or anything else, for that matter. I have a shortcut on my desktop that usually takes me to "frontend" and my index, but it says there's no such site. This has never happened to me, before. Is it me, or is the site down?

What is your domain name ? Did you check if it is accessible from any other computer ?
