Contact your web host's support and they should be able to reset it for you.

listen there is an option there forgot this paswrd soooo you click on it andd you wil recieve a confirmation code in ur account so u click on and change your paswrd/

You need to contact your host. cPanel, Inc. does not host your site, and no one in this forum has the access required to help you. Only your host will be able to reset your password for you.
Regarding chrisangel's suggestion, the option to reset a cPanel password via e-mail is only available if the host has enabled it. Many hosts disable this option, so you need to contact your host directly.
