I get this" Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"

my new web site was working fine then after making changes with MS frontpage, i get the "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" message. I try to upload again and get a message saying the domain cant be found. what do i do to fix this. i never change any setting that i know of. what next THANKS for any help THE King

I guess the server was down?

Try to reload httpd this may be the cause of it.
