I got some code inserted!!! [HELP]

I updated cPanel and suddenly something happend now something inserts in the starting of code:

<!-- start of /pathtofile/etc/something.html --!>

and in the ending:

<!-- end of /pathtofile/etc/something.html --!>

1. What is that?
2. Why it happened?
3. What to do?
