    Default I have a few questions (beginer in cpanel)... urgent !!!

    I'm new in this and i need quick help about cpanel.

    Can I use HTML and CSS codeing only to make website in cpanel, do I need CMS, if I need can someone tell me wich one, if it's posible for HTML and CSS use only because I don't know anything about php. Tnx

    I can't find anything about this on forum, not realy experienced with...

    Sure you can use html/css for your website. Upload all files to the public_html/ directory. That directory is the same as going to yourdomain.com

    You can also use most any CMS you can name. Your host can better assist you with this sort of thing I think.
