i lost user name & password

after 2 years i didn't touch my web, i totally forgot my user name and password,
i already try to receive a new password from my host, but still can't login when i open http://domainname/cpanel, and theres no link if user forgot their user name & password

This is something about which you would have to contact your host.

They are the only people who can provide you with valid login details.
