I"m so confused

I bought a program through internet millions. It set me up with a web site, and gave me a direct link to cpanel. Well once I saw what the program was I returned it but I would like to keep my web site. I am not able to submit a support ticket or log in with the information I was provided from internet millions. Can some one tell me how to keep my same web address or if I have to pay to move it to another host?

You will have to contact internet millions for further information regarding to your issue, as this does not seem to be related to cPanel.
