Image Magik & GD issue

1st time poster.

I admin a server configured for WHM. Several of our clients using phpNuke are having issues with thumbnail generation in the built-in phpBB forum. It seems to hang on one thumbnail and thats what everyone gets when attaching an image to their forum.

Recently we changed servers and my forum started generating correct thumbs. Everyone else was getting an thumb of the last image attached to a forum post in my forum. Now my forum hangs with the same thumb for all attached images. if you click the bogus thumb, the correct image will appear so they are loading OK, it's just the thumbs.

Would this have anything to do with WHM? Any suggestions?

I don't use that feature, but this sounds more like a bug with the script, or possibly even a cache issue than anything else.... definitely not WHM, nor GD, nor ImageMagik

Any ideas how to check the cache for proper operation?

I wasn't clear... I was referring to the browser cache.

You could try to write a script that will create a thumb with GD and/or ImageMagik to test it, but i'd be looking at your phpBB script. Maybe check their forums, for any such known bugs.
