I'm having problems uploading images. I open the insert/edit image dialog box and I can't access my uploades images or upload new ones. The message that shows says: "NO DIRECTORY MATCHES THIS ID".

    Please help!!

How are the files (images) being uploaded; that is, what method is being used to upload the files? The following are some of the possible methods: (1) cPanel File Manager, (2) cPanel Legacy File Manager, (3) FTP access, (4) cPanel WebDisk (WebDAV).

Is there any more detail to the displayed (error) message?

    Hi, thanks for answering!

Well, I'm using the SiteBuilder, so I pretty much just click on the image icon, and then the dialog box pops up and I either upload a new picture from my computer or select an image that has already been uploaded. I don't know if that helps... below are some screencaps:

    Hope it helps!

    Thank You

Thank you for the information. Please note that RVSiteBuilder, as shown in the screen capture images, is a third-party add-on; for support using this extra software I recommend referring to the vendor's official web site and their available support channels:
