index.html page won't load

Hi I put my index.html file in the public_html folder, but when I click on the website link which is /http://www.theboathouseonthebay.com/ it won't go to the homepage, instead its just going to the default domains.com placeholder page. Anyone know what the problem might be?

You'll need to check to be sure your nameservers at your domain name registrar have been updated and pointing to the server your website is on. That page appears to be from your registrar. If you're unsure of the nameservers you might want to contact your host for more details on that.
