inserting external html files into a html file

I have the silver package and I want to insert a text/html file into a exhisting file(s).

For instance:
I want to build a link menu and a header file so that I can just change one file instead of going into all the files that use that menu and header.

I have used ISML tags on other hosts to acheive this goal.
SUCH AS :
>ISML SRC=MENU.HTML>

Thanks in advance if you can tell explain or provide a link to the directions on how to do this using html files.

ok, I have no clue if your talking about a backend script or not but either should work.
I would sudjest that you look into javascript include function or use frames to accomplish this.
