    Maybe this will help:

Documentation and Installation guides from the BugZilla Project Website
    http://www.bugzilla.org/docs/

Additionally IBM wrote a tutorial on the subject for a general installation.

I don't know if there are any cPanel specific tutorials on this subject, but requirements are requirements, if you meet them, and you follow the instructions, you shouldn't have any real problems.

    Best of luck!

If you don't have shell access (SSH), there will be no way for you to check if the required modules are installed in a default cPanel installation, nor will you have the ability to install any required packages on the server with your level of access. Check with your web host if he will allow you shell access, and ask him if it is ok to make modifications to the server. Most likely your answer is going to be a no here, and you will not be able to use this software. I suggest searching for (or writing) a different script to handle your needs.

A good place to start is:

Many of the scripts offered here are Open Source and are licensed through GPL (Free).

    Best of luck!
