Installing cPanel 11 on CentOS 5.1

Hello,
I purchased cPanel 11 and I am trying to install it. I am trying to figure out what the recommended setup is. I have read the installation guide but it doesnt cover enough for me. I am fairly new to linux.

Server Specs:
AMD Athlon 64 x2 (3800)
1.5GB memory
250GB HD (SATA)

Now, what features/services should I install by default (i.e. MySQL, Web Server ... etc)

What would you recommend for the partitioning?

I am not a hosting provider and I am simply using this to compilment our website. However this COULD turn into 100+ websites.
