Installing Cpanel to server

Well, I am a newbie when it comes to the hosting services. But I am willing to know how is the strategy implemented. For the time being as an experiment, what I have done is installed one of my home computers as a server. I wish I could use it for selling some space to other people to host their websites. I just don't know how to do that. In short I want to have re-seller packages for others. Is it possible and if it is, how to install the cpanel software to those. Pardon me please of my negligence in this matter and also if I have posted a wrong question or in a wrong forum. But any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
