    1) cPanel is the industry leader for turning standalone servers into a fully automated point-and-click hosting platform.

    2) cPanel is designed with multiple levels of administration including admin, reseller, end user, and email-based interfaces. These multiple levels provide security, ease of use, and flexibility for everyone from the server administrator to the email account user.

    3) cPanel powers web hosting companies and organizations that have a need to automate and offer competitive hosting services.

You can use it directly via any browser like internet explorer, opera, firefox, safari etc.

You can go to demo of cPanel for experience of how is it work:

cPanel (with its backend WHM) is the most popular control panel currently used by web hosts.
cPanel is able to successfully do everything in regards to what a control panel is, and a whole lot more. Providing instant information on the server and account status, cPanel lets an end user easily and quickly manage their website.
cPanel's is backed by WHM, which is the automated backend to the system. WHM allows the web host (or reseller) to create domains, manage nameservers, and a whole lot more.

Agreed, sounds like a classic case of being infected with the QHosts virus.

Only the Microsoft link is dead the rest work fine. The image link you've posted does not work unless I add you as my friend.

Please access the link from a clean, non-infected computer; the same symptoms can apply to any site when a computer (e.g., the computer with IE) is infected with this type of virus, including similar malware with browser-hijacking as a characteristic.

You will need to use a different computer. Computers infected with this virus cannot visit the websites we recommend.

You may want to go to your local library to visit those websites if you are limited to a single computer.

In any case, it may be a good idea to have a local computer technician look at your computer to see if they can remove that virus for you.

I'm not even sure what the post means, no one has mentioned your router.

Does this page open for you?
