There seems to possibly be a bit of a language barrier .....

As I understand it, you lost your Cpanel password and cannot login but for some reason you host is not resetting the password on your account?

What do you mean by you "have gone"?

You changed hosting providers or something?

Under normal circumstances, your hosting provider should be able to reset your Cpanel account password and provide you with a new password.
