Default The key did not match. Please try again!

Man, it's one thing after another.

So I went to see the status of my open tickets - it asked me for my email and password. I entered the one I created for the forums but that did not work.

So I clicked the link to reset my password. I got the email, clicked on the link, it redirected me to a page and then I got the above error.

guess i will have to submit a support ticket to ask cpanel how to view my open/closed tickets.

    anybody got any clues?

Your password for the community forums isn't necessarily the same as the one for accessing tickets. These are two separate systems using different authentication credentials.

Assuming your reply-to address in your e-mail client is set up correctly, you should be automatically notified by e-mail when a staff member has sent a response and is awaiting a reply.

    Same here.

No way for me to check my ticket.

I submitted a support ticket after failing to get any response at all from the forums. It does not seem that I will fare any better with the support system.

    I am seriously contemplating /scripts/removecpanel.

Hahah, that sounded like a bitter ol' techie.

Edit: Add: Just wanted to let you know that a representative from cPanel support is already hard at work with my server.
