List Accounts on whm ... lost!

Who can help me.

I have a vps, and I try to create an account.
When I look at the Account Information>> List Accounts ... I see the account created
Then I try to make more ... all accounts and I have previously made not seen again in the Account Information>> List Accounts.
Strange ....
I just look at Resellers>> Show Reseller Accounts ... there is also not visible.

I'm so curious, I tried looking for - search and see the Account Functions>> Show Active and Inactive Accounts .... all accounts that I had been there for all.

How do I return it or let me go back on the Account Information>> List Accounts

Are you logged in as root or reseller? What version of cPanel are you running? Have you tried another browser to rule that out as a problem?

Are any messaged logged in the following cPanel error log file?

/usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log

Via root SSH access, what is the output of the following command?

# cat /proc/user_beancounters
