Logging IN

I'm new. I was wondering how I even log into my cpanel account. I have the FTP IP Adress and I tryed typing it in, but whne I do that something like this comes up:
cPanel
There is no website configured at this address.

To login into your cPanel account go to www.domain.com/cpanel or http://SERVERIP:2082/.
If you can't do this, please help at your host provider.
