Logon to Cpanel behind Nat?

I am a newie user and I just want to logon to my remote (external) hosted website. Is there a problem with just being able to logon on from behind a firewall? I do not have cpanel but my web hosting site uses it. And I cannot seem to logon for love or money.

You'll have to ensure that your local firewall allows access to the ports you would use to access cpanel.
