Question Lost sql database password

i was using a phpbb forum, an error occured so i deleted my all files, but forgot to backup config.php in which sql database password is stored.

Now config.php is shown in legacy file manager deleted files but it is not restored.

Now tell me the way to clear sql db password or to restote it.

Your host can better assist you with this sort of thing. Short of that, simply add a new user to the MySQL database section of your cPanel. Then give that user a password. Lastly, associate that use with the database of the forum, all from that same page.

Add those new details to the replaced config.php and you should be good to go again, I think. This is the easiest part. Replacing the files for your forum if important, might be a bit tougher.

If you have an backup then you can restore it or you can create the new user from your cPanel --> MySQL database and make the changes in your configuration file and have a try.
