MailBox Full emails

Hi,

I use WHM for a few clients and as they do not use Cpanel, I do all their Cpanel work.
I have set up email accounts for some of them.

When the limit is approached who else other than me as administrator in Cpanel, gets the email?
The email address of the inbox itself ?

I need them to get it as so they can clean out their mail.

Hi Oz,

You can set the e-mail address to alert when quota reached or e-mail quota reached following the below given steps.

cPanel >> Preferences >> Update Contact Info
