ok when i create the mailing list i have in section modify a long setting panel , i create a domain@domain.xxx , after the set up i have the mail mailing@domain.com as example , my problem is how i will be come member of this mailing list and how i will send message for all the mailing list members.
When i send the message to mailing@domain.com i got back a message your administrator must approve you ... ok i make the approve now ...
1 user with name mailing@domain.com is the user we sending for all the messages or domain@domain.com is the mailing mass user?

2 how a new user subscribe in the list , what is sending and to which user mailing or domain@domain.com

Is being held until the list moderator can review it for approval.

The reason it is being held:

Post by non-member to a members-only list
this i am getting every time i am making a register to mailing list
how i can set it to be possible for registration without approval !?

And after this , where i send the mail message for the users of mailing list ? to the mailing@domain.com or domain@domain.xxx ?
