mailing list - please help

we have a mailing list and about 400 or soo scibers and when we send out email no one gets them ....please help does any one know whats wrong

Run /scripts/fixmailman on the server and try again.

/scripts/fixmailman fixes most of the issues related to mailing lists.

If it don't solve, look at the logs on /var/log/exim_mainlog and tell us what you see.
