Migrate from shared CPanel account

hi,
i have a web hosting reseller package with WHM/CPanel.
can anyone tell how do i provide account migration service to my new clients?
one of our customer want to migrate from his old shared CPanel account to ours.
he have some add-on domains, databases, email accounts, files, etc
how can we do it?

To transfer accounts you will need to contact the System Administrator that has root access to the new server and request they perform the transfer via WHM.

Alternatively, you may obtain a full cPanel account backup via the old server's cPanel access, and use the generated account backup to perform the restore on the new server; however, only the System Administrator with root access may perform the account restoration from backup.
