I wish to point mail.bethtorah.ca to an ip address other than the host. the mx tool only has a fqdn dialog. where oh where do i set the mx to point to my ms exchange server?

I do not believe the RFC permits you to use IP addresses, hence our MX entry editor does not permit it either. I'd recommend setting up a FQDN for the Microsoft Exchange(R) server and using that for your MX entry.
