    Exclamation Need Help. Google Apps

    Hi!

I want to add a cname into my account

    mail.[mydomain].com

but I keep getting this message:
You must have the zoneedit feature to take this action. You currently only have the simplezoneedit feature

How would I do it? I do not have advance DNS zone editor in my account. Thanks

    Ellard

It sounds like you only have access to cPanel, not to the WebHost Manager, so you will need to contact your host to have the change made to the DNS zone. The host has full access to edit DNS zones using the WebHost Manager.
