Need Help Setting Up a Customer Account

I have just got my first customer for my reseller account and having difficulty setting up the account. I can get the link to his own cpanel to send him.
Can anyone help me as want to keep this guy happy

Briefly, you need to setup a Package first. Once you have that package, you create an account and give it that package. ON account creation, you'll see some details come up in your browser for the account. Save those details and make up your own email to the new customer, provide him with login details (username, pass, IP for login until his domain relsolves to your server)

Make sure you provide the new customer with your nameservers so that he can edit those at his domain name registrar.

How do I get links like the one's below to send to the customer. I this this is the problem

He will not be getting whm account

To login to your cpanel use /http://domainhere.co.uk/cpanel
To login to your whm use /http://domainhere.co.uk/whm

Start by making sure that the domain itself works first, and is being servered by your server. (not the old server where ever it was hosted previously) Once you are sure it is, try the /http://domainhere.co.uk/cpanel URL. There are settings in Tweak Settings that you may have to setup as well.
