New Server IP address

We had a server crash on us and the co location company did not respond fast enough so we are moving.. Can someone tell me how I can change the License IP address to my new server without accessing the old IP address? Please forgive me if this had already been asked but I could not find a specific answer.

you did better check that with support@cpanel.net. they will be a much faster help for the issue.

if you bought the license direct through cpanel you can go to http://www.cpanel.net/store/ and manage your license there.

If you purchased through a reseller or your hosting company then you will need to contact them to change the ip for you
