    Default New set up

Hi i have been trying to get my sevrer set up but someting is just not working right . and i keep getting this email . thanks in advance! any help would be greatly appreciated

The hostname (server1.tcz-inc.com) resolves to . It should resolve to 69.93.**.***. Please be sure to correct /etc/hosts as well as the 'A' entry in zone file for the domain.

Some are all of these problems can be caused by
/etc/resolv.conf being setup incorrectly. Please check this file if you
    believe everything else is correct.

    You may be able to
automaticly correct this problem by using the ' Add an A entry for your
hostname ' under ' Dns Functions ' in your Web Host Manager

Have you followed through what the email suggests and, if so, what are the contents of the files to which the email refers?

Do they seem to be correct?

Normally you can quickly correct this by adding an 'A' record for each name server on that domain. You can do this in 'Edit a DNS Zone'.

    Hello ,

When you are having your server setup for the first time make sure you setup the hostname and then make the entry in the /etc/hosts , /etc/sysconfig/network and then setup the /etc/resolv.conf with 2 resolving nameservers. When the hostname is specified make sure that it is specifed in the zone file pointing to an Ip. Hope this info helps you out.

    Regards,
    marcus
