New VPS whm cpanel main account set up

I have transferred all my data from an older version WHM/cpanel to a new VPS server with newer versions of WHM/cpanel all my accounts transferred all the cpanel data (I had to set up the databases manually) except my main reseller account it wouldn't restore using WHM panel. I tried to set up an account for my own website and I get an error there too. The error is:
Account Creation Status: failed (Sorry, that domain is already setup (remove it from httpd.conf : line 1104))

How do I get my website files to restore on the root account so I can set up myself as the reseller?

If you already have an entry of your domain in any of the gray files, you will receive the error while creating an account for the same. You should edit the httpd.conf file and remove the virtualhost entry for the domain from line 1104. Once removed, restart apache and try adding the domain again.

Thank you. I was a bit nervous about deleting my server name from httpd.conf line 1104 but I did and it allowed me to restore my main account and all is working now.
