no cpaddons

when i open the site software tab a message appears saying

No cPAddons configuration found. Please contact your host and ask that they configure cPAddons.

i want to install wordpress please help!!!!!!!

May I know from which tool are you trying to install wordpress. Are you using Fantastico?

Hi,
You need to install cpaddon script through your admin control panel (WHM). Login to your WHM >> click on Install cPAddon Scripts >> Select all the applications >> Check the box Force Refresh of All cPAddon Sources in the WHM and click on Update Addon Config.

After this installation is done you will be able to see all the application including wordpess in your control panel.

If you don't have admin control panel (WHM) access then you need to contact to your hosting provider.
