    Default not receiving emails

I tried to enable the spam assasin and configure the boxtrapper to keep out all the junk mails coming through. Now I am not receiving any emails. I can send mail but not receive any.
Any suggestions on what I did? and still keep out all the junk mail?

    Hi,

Did you set "required_score" value as more than 5 under the "Configure SpamAssassin" option in your cpanel? If yes means reduce the value to 5 or 6 if it is more than this value.

my spam assassin is set at 5. I don't know what the shell option is.
After disabling the spam assassin I am able to receive emails but once again all the spam is coming through.
I must be doing something very simple wrong.
